Melanie is a Registered Psychotherapist with a rich and diverse background in client care. Before becoming a therapist, she spent over 15 years working as a sleep technician, supporting individuals in managing their health and well-being.
She brings extensive experience from her work on crisis lines, in the social services sector, and in private practice, where she has supported individuals and couples navigating a wide range of challenges—including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation, stress, and perinatal concerns.
